DO YOU FEAR HIM?

Image
My husband's view on his way to work this morning. The Cherokee National Forest.  Yes, he  pulled over! This is just a part of God's Glory and Majesty! Good morning! Galatians 1:3-5 NIV: 3  Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ,   4  who gave Himself for our sins  to rescue us from the present evil age,  according to the will of our God and Father,   5  to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. I will try to greet you and end with scripture every time I post.  I want, but God wants even more, for you to know how much He loves you. How much He wants you to be His child. He created you. He knows your every hair, and cell in your body. But He wants you to believe in Him, accept Jesus, and make Him your Lord and Savior! He wants you to fear Him and only Him. (I will have an explanation shortly.) Have you had things happen to you that you wish didn't? Don't we all!  2019 ended on an uneven note for us. Ve

GOD IS AMAZING!

Hello on this fine day! GOD is AMAZING! Let me tell you about it. My husband and I have been sick on and off since before Christmas. I guess all the activities and decorating that I do just wore me out. Our daughter and son-in-law flew in to spend Christmas with us. We couldn't do much with them. Daddy was in bed or sleeping most of the time. He had the flu. The sickness I had was a stomach virus or such.  We both spent Christmas Day alone sleeping. Our daughter and sil drove up to spend Christmas Day with our son and family. But through all this God never left us. And I praise His Holy Name! It was definitely not the Christmas I would have expected at all. And it was the first time it has ever happened in 43 years of marriage. And I pray that it never happens again. And I praise God for His healing. Also during all this time we took our car in for work on Dec. 11. It is January 3 and we do not have it back yet. And every time we call to check on it, we hear that th

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020

Good morning on this very cold but sunny New Years Day 2020! A new year! A new day! A new decade! A new beginning! And on this note, below is a blog I did last year after New Years and never finished it. I am going to leave it here because I think that it is noteworthy. But I am going to finish this now for the 2020 year. 2019 may have been an amazing year for you. Or it may have been a not so good year for you! But again today is a new day. First of all, if you don't know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, today is the day of salvation, as God's Word, the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 6:2. I promise you that your world will change when you give your life to the Lord. Because then He is your Guide, your Leader, your Lord. And then we don't have to do everything alone. He is there to talk to, to spend time with, to worship, to praise. We shouldn't be doing these things for ourselves anyway. The Bible says to love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your
