DO YOU FEAR HIM?

My husband's view on his way to work this
morning. The Cherokee National Forest.
Yes, he pulled over! This is just a part
of God's Glory and Majesty!

Good morning!

Galatians 1:3-5 NIV:

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

I will try to greet you and end with scripture every time I post.

I want, but God wants even more, for you to know how much He loves you. How much He wants you to be His child. He created you. He knows your every hair, and cell in your body. But He wants you to believe in Him, accept Jesus, and make Him your Lord and Savior! He wants you to fear Him and only Him. (I will have an explanation shortly.)

Have you had things happen to you that you wish didn't? Don't we all!

2019 ended on an uneven note for us. Very extensive and expensive car troubles for 5 weeks or so. Illness to the point of missing Christmas almost completely for both my husband and me. He is better. I am better but not better. I have had many tests in the last week to find out what is going on in my body. Some things were ruled out. Praise God! And some things have not! Praise God! I still have some more tests and need to go to more doctors. But do you know what? I still praise God because He is so good and is always with me no matter what. I praise Him for His love, mercy, and grace! I praise Him for His constant care! I praise Him for always being with me and never leaving me! And He never will no matter what! I praise Him for the healing in His wings. I am claiming this healing that only God can give. And I will fear Him and only Him! I will not fear what the evil one can do to me. I love Jesus because He is so worthy! And even if you don't love and accept Him at this time, He loves you anyway, and unconditionally, even if you don't want Him to or even care if He does. He will anyway!

Malachi 4:2a NKJ:

"But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings;"

What is this fear? Here is an explanation.

A Humble Fear Of God-By Mark Altrogge-Senior Pastor, Sovereign Grace Church of Indiana, PA from biblestudytools.com
"So, in what sense are we to fear God? The “fear” that brings God pleasure is not our being afraid of him, but our having a high and exalted, reverential view of him.
To “fear him” means to stand in awe of him: “Let all the earth FEAR the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world STAND IN AWE OF HIM!” (Ps 33.8).

To fear the Lord is to stand in awe of his majesty, power, wisdom, justice and mercy, especially in Christ – in his life, death and resurrection – that is, to have an exalted view of God. To see God in all his glory and then respond to him appropriately. To humble ourselves before him. To adore him."
This explanation is simple and yet awesome. When we make Jesus our Lord this is the fear of God we must have. He is Sovereign. He should be High and Lifted Up in our lives. He should be believed, trusted, and followed.
For God is faithful! He is true! He is forgiving! He is amazing!
I am going to give you this link about what God is like. And this is only a small part of what God is like. Click this link:
Seek Him yourself and just see who He is and what He can be for you. Then, you must believe and accept Jesus as your Savior in order to know Him and love Him completely. Then, pray, seek, and study His Word. Get to know Him. You will be glad you did!
Hebrews 13:25:
Grace be with you all.
Have a blessed and awesome day!
Love,    Lesbear
