GOD WILL HELP



Good morning to you!
I am doing something very different and out of character for me. I usually walk 4 miles in the morning. But today it was raining hard at that time so that was out. I usually work in my house. I usually do the things I feel that I have to do. Well, this morning I am sitting on the couch, working on my computer, and watching TV.  I don't usually turn the TV on at all during the day. Maybe I will even read some of my book. I usually only read when I go to bed!

And even though I am doing this, just maybe I can get something done today. I need to. I must. Oh, Lord help me to do just what You want me to do. I can't do it without You, Lord!

The TV is off! Praise the Lord! But now I am not doing what I need to be doing. I just ate my breakfast so that is checked off my list. But I am still on this computer.

And at this rate I won't check much more off my very long list! So, I had better get going and get something done. And with God's help I will!

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

God will help you no matter the circumstance, but you need to ask!

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
