SUCH A TIME



Good morning!
Here I am trying to multi-task again before I leave for the doctor's. And I know that it is crazy to even try. But just maybe I will get it right this time, this day, for such a time as this?

It is altogether possible and is probable that God puts us in situations and places, that He wants us in, isn't it? Of course it is.

Look at this verse:

Esther 4:14b
...And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
 
Are we here for a reason? I believe that we are. I believe that God has a specific purpose for our lives. And He can and will put us in places and situations so that we can be a witness to someone, or tell someone a specific thing, or encourage someone. And sometimes we won't even know what that might be until later, after the fact. But God knows His mind and what He can and will do.

He could put us in a job that we do not like just so we can be a witness to someone. God plants us where we are. Now I know that some of that has to do with His will and ours. But if we are seeking His will, He will definitely use us for His honor and His glory.

2 Corinthians 2:14
But thanks be to God, who always puts us on display in Christ and through us spreads the aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place.
 
Romans 11:36
For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
