OUR ROCK

 

Good morning!

For who is God besides the LORD? 
And who is the Rock except our God?
2 Samuel 22:32 

You keep him in perfect peace 
whose 
mind is stayed on you, 
because he 
trusts in you.
 Trust in the Lord forever,
 
for the Lord God is an everlasting rock. 
Isaiah 26:3-4

Psalms 78:35 And they remembered that God was their rock, And the Most High God their Redeemer.

They remembered that God was 
their Rock, that God Most 
High was their Redeemer.
Psalm 78:35 

And you will sing as on the night you 
celebrate a holy festival; your hearts

with flutes to the mountain of the 
LORD, to the Rock of Israel.  
Isaiah 30:29 

"There is no one holy like the LORD; 
there is no one besides you; 
there is no Rock like our God.  
1 Samuel 2:2 

The LORD is my rock, my fortress 
and my deliverer; my God is my 
rock, in whom I take refuge, my 
shield and the horn of my 
salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:2 
Jesus said to them, "Have you never 
read in the Scriptures: " 'The stone 
the builders rejected has become 
the capstone; the Lord has done this, 
and it is marvelous in our eyes' ?
Matthew 21:42 

God is our Rock, an everlasting Rock, our Fortress, our Deliverer, our Refuge, our Shield, the Horn of our salvation, our stronghold, our Redeemer, Holy, the Stone, the Capstone. He is ours and we are His! What more could we ask for? He loves us with an everlasting kind of love. 

Are you His? Do you want to be His? If you do, praise God! This is what you need to do:


Please make up your mind and decide to follow Jesus. I want you also to be a child of the Most High King, Jesus, our Rock of salvation. If you haven't ever done that, do it today.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
