PRAY




Good morning to you!
This is our travel day for the Choctaw Mission Trip. Please pray for us. In a couple of hours we will be on the road to MS to tell the Choctaw people about Jesus. To share with them, to love them, to care for them in ways we may not even know until it happens.

We know that whenever we serve and live for Jesus, it is not about us, it is all about Him. We want Him only to be be glorified not us. We know that God will be with us every step of the way. And we know that He will guide and direct us as we seek to serve Him.

You Lord God almighty are our strength when we are weak. You Lord are our hope when hope is dead. You Lord are our help when in times of trouble. You Lord are so great and greatly to be praised. We are patiently waiting and thanking you for all you are doing and all that you are going to do.

I praise you Lord and worship you now, this day, and in the days to come knowing that You are wonderful and full of grace and truth. Amen!

2 Corinthians 12:8-9 Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

These words I pray for our whole team of 31, and I want to give God all the glory and praise. Thanks be to God.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.   Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
