HIS WAY


Good morning!
What will this day bring? How will I handle what happens today? Will I look to God for all the answers or will I rely on myself and get grumpy? And sure enough only God knows the answers to these things. It is a good thing some One does. God does the best thing for all of us in any situation. He can handle any and every situation and definitely better than we can. His way is perfect.

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, 
Nor are your ways My ways," declares 
the LORD. "For as the heavens are higher 
than the earth, So are My ways higher 
than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts."
Isaiah 55:8-9

May we always remember that.  
As for God, his way is perfect: The LORD's word 
is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him.
Psalm 18:30
"You are my portion, O Lord; I have said that I would keep Your words.I entreated Your favor with my whole heart; be merciful to me according to Your word. I  thought about my ways, and turned my feet to Your testimonies."              Psalm 119:57-59
"To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in You....
Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths.Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation;On You I wait all the day."                            Psalm 25:1-5
As we seek to please God and live for Him, remember that His ways are best and that we should rely on Him to make our paths straight and to help us when things don't go our way. Also, remember that Jesus is the Way.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
