BE READY



Good morning!
Blessings to you this Sunday! Just think, in another week and this month will be gone. It seems as though time just flies by. It never, ever stands still. Time makes us another day older and another day closer to the end of our lives or to when Jesus comes back to take us home. I am ready. How about you?

John 14:3

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Matthew 24:44
So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.


1 Corinthians 16:13 

Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.

Matthew 25:13

Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour. 
And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming. 

So, be ready! Have you given your heart to Jesus? Have you asked Jesus to come live in your heart? Are you saved? However you want to say it, do it if you haven't yet. It is time! 

2 Corinthians 6:2
For he says, "In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you." I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation.


Give your life to Jesus before it is too late. And if you have already done that, are you truly living for Him? Think about it!

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.   Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
