A SEASON

Santa Rosa, CA with a friend. It was beautiful.

Good morning!

How are you this fine day? It is nice having the warm weather. Which is 10 degrees above normal. Oh, who really cares. I guess I do.

God gives us everything for a reason and there is a time for everything.

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
 Ecclesiastes 3:1-8

I heard part of this scripture last night while watching a show on the Hallmark Channel. It made me think about how there is a time and season for everything. And I believe that God is the one Who has a time for everything. So, if there is a time for something then we need to wait on God. We have to trust Him. We have to believe that His timing is perfect and it is.

It is very hard to wait sometimes but God is worth it. And what He has in store for us is worth waiting for.

Have a terrific day!
