GOD'S PLANS

Somewhere near Del Ray, FL on one of our trips.

Good morning!

Sometimes I feel I spend too much time talking about me. Well, the whole point of this blog was to tell what God has done for me. Then it seemed as time went on I had told everything about me, well not everything, but what God told me to. So, I have tried to move into what God wants us to do as His people and then only a little bit about me.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares
the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to
harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11

I do know that God has a plan for each of our lives, not only as a whole, but each day, week, and so on. I had been asking God to give me a way to make a little bit of money since a left my job two years ago. Has it really been that long?

Anyway, about a month ago He did just that (praise God from Whom all blessings flow) and I work at home for one of my business managers. As much as I wanted to work at home, which I am, I didn't realize how much it would change how I plan my days. It is harder than I thought to organize my time between household stuff and work stuff. One seems to slide into the other sometimes and I can't keep track of my hours. The phone rings for my job and then it rings for personal. So, it does get a little confusing. But with God's love and help I will figure it out. And I will certainly count my blessings!

Just a reminder it is only about 32 days until God moves this blog into mission activities and pictures on our mission trip. It starts June 22 and ends on the 28th. I hope you will experience it with us and pray for us as we serve God in our Samaria.

But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and
might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and
you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and
all Judea and Samaria and to the
ends (the very bounds) of the earth.
Acts 1:8 AMP

So, today, depend on God for whatever it is that you need. Trust Him. Count your blessings. And pray for those all around you. Keep your focus on Jesus and what you can do for Him!

Have a blessed day!
