A DOER

Good day!

It is Monday. It seems as though sometimes when Monday comes along that I get tired after the weekend and don't get much done on that day. But today I had to leave real early and when I do that I get really sleep in the afternoon. And I have lots to do today when I get home. I guess I am procrastinating about going home. I am sitting in McDonald's using their wifi. I had some business to take care of while in town.

Remember that we celebrate the 4th of July to commemorate when the Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776. When the United States of America became a nation. When God ordained our country to be followers of Him and doers of His Word. My husband did a great sermon yesterday about this and has challenged us as Christians to pray for our country and the world. We certainly need it. Remember this scripture:

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble
themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from
their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven
and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14

This is what we need to be doing. If all Christians would stand up for God and do this then I believe that God will do it. Our country certainly needs to be healed and forgiven for leaving God out and
not doing what He has called us to do.

For some reason when I use Safari it messes up my paragraph stuff
so forgive me.
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. James 1:22

Anyway, pray  and listen to God and be doers of His Word.

Have a terrific day!
