SINGING HEART

 
Good morning to you!

What a wonderful day! My heart is singing, how about yours? The sun is shining. It is warm. I was picking lots of blueberries this morning and only got 1/2 of them done in a little over an  


hour. I will go for the rest  tomo-
rrow morning. (Oops!) I love blueberries and they are so very good for you. And I praise God for a good crop (which is 2 plants which is good for us) this year.





I believe I will put one or two pictures per day on the blog from the Mission Trip. It is part of my life and has been for 18 years and I just can't stop praising God for it and thinking about it. 

So, when you have something that just touches your heart, just praise God for it and don't let it go until God tells you to. Sometimes I think that it is time to let go of it, usually when I get back and I am exhausted and ready for rest, but then when I get all rested I am ready to go back again. The faces of the children, the things that they say, and the special team God always gives us just make my heart cheer. And that is what it is all about!

Let's just praise the Lord and give it to Him and see what He will do with it. What it is that makes our hearts sing!

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
