IT IS A CHOICE

 
Good morning to you!

This day the Lord has made. I choose to rejoice and be glad in it!

Life is a choice. We can choose to be miserable. Or we can choose to be happy or satisfied. Are you content in all your circumstances? I try to be but I know that I am not always. We always want more. More money. More time in a day. More friends. More time with family. Or more time away from family. Whatever we need though, God will provide it. I can promise you that. Catch the word "need". If God doesn't think we need it, He may not provide it. 

If we think we need a play station 4, we may not get it. If we need food to eat, God will provide it.

I know what it is to be in need, and I 
know what it is to have plenty. I have 
learned the secret of being content in any 
and every situation, whether well fed or 
hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
Philippians 4:12

And we know that in all things God 
works for the good of those who love 
him, who have been called 
according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28

God is amazing. He does know us inside and out. He knows our heart. He knows everything about us. And He will take care of us in every way. But we must listen to Him. 

So, do as God wants us to and remember that He loves you and will do everything for you that is in His will. And you have a choice.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
