God's Grace
Good morning to you!
I apologize for not posting the last couple of days. I returned from Pensacola and the awesome women's conference with my friend and have just been tired and stressed. This is just one of those weeks where I have so much going on and all of it has preparing before the happening. So I thank you for your patience and coming back to read anyway. I am so thankful for you. And I am also very thankful for God's grace, His unmerited favor. It is by His grace and our faith that we are saved.
I am writing this on my phone this morning since I had to be somewhere at 8 am. I figured that if I was going to write today that this was the only chance I had. Tiny keys and not the same formatting but as long as you get the message that is all that counts. And I praise God for that.
It is a beautiful morning and day with clouds and blue sky. I don't usually get out in the morning much when I am at home anymore. I guess I am getting spoiled. I always enjoy getting out once I get out but most days I don't want to get out early. So I guess if I don't have to I won't. Does that make sense?
I want to share this verse with you.
Ephesians 3:1-3
For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner for Christ Jesus on behalf of you Gentiles—assuming that you have heard of the stewardship of God's grace that was given to me for you,
how the mystery was made known to me by revelation, as I have written briefly.
If God's grace was given to Paul so that he could share it with the Ephesians, has not God also given us His grace so that we can also share it with others? Remember that His grace is sufficient.
2 Corinthians 12:8-10
For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake:for when I am weak, then am I strong.
So therefore Jesus loves us. It doesn't matter what we are going through, His grace covers all those things in our lives that we are not proud of and sends them as far as the east is from the west. He heals us by His stripes, He loves us no matter what. That is something to never forget.
Have an awesome day!
