Good morning to you!

Have you ever had a day that was so busy that you felt like you couldn't breathe? That was how yesterday was for me. Just too much to do. Of course, I was also preparing to go out of town besides all the things I had to do. But that is okay. I get to see my sister and brother-in-law and spend more time with my Dad and Step-Mom. I am so excited. 

I am going to try to shorten this blog. I know everyone is so busy and time is of the essence. I said that I would try to shorten it. When I write God seems to have so much to say through and I apologize that it has been so long. I pray that you are getting something from the blog though. 

This morning we were at Bible study and we continued to talk about the fruit of the Spirit and the natural man, the carnal man, and the spiritual man. It was so interesting and I want to be the spiritual man so desperately. The spiritual man lives in the Spirit of God, led by the Spirit, following the Spirit of God. That is what we all should strive for: to be led by the Spirit of God, not just on Sunday but 24/7, as they say.

Asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior is the first step, then praying without ceasing, and asking for forgiveness as we sin, and then living for Jesus every moment of every day by surrendering our all to Him. It may seem pretty simple and easy to do these things. Well, it may be simple but it isn't easy. I have said before that the Christian life is hard work. If it was really easy we wouldn't need God to help us. He really does help us along the way if we ask. We can never take God for granted.

He is such a great and awesome God and living for Him is worth all the work it takes to live for Him. It is not that it is hard work physically but we are so sinful and tempted by worldly ways and things. That is really the hard part.

Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Spirit of God are sons of God.
Romans 8:14 

 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not 
gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
Galatians 5:16

But God is with us and loves us how we are and helps us every step of the way to be led by Him. Just love Him and let Him work in you.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
