SEEK GOD


Good morning to you on this blessed morning!

See and hear this scripture:

"If my people, who are called by my name, will 
humble themselves and pray and seek my face and 
turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
2 Chronicles 7:14

This verse is paramount to this country, to our world. Many things are happening in our country that are scary, uncomfortable, not right. We received a letter yesterday from our family doctor. He is quitting primary care and changing over to urgent care because of what is happening to health care. I am telling you we are in a world of hurt and it will get much, much worse. Doctors are quitting their practices or changing to some other field. 

My first thought was what will we do? Well, my first thought should have been, Lord help us! But this is going to be very wide spread. And when we do go to the doctors, we will have to wait for a very long time because so many people are waiting.

So, what do we do? Well, first of all we need to pray. We have to depend on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If He is not your Lord, You need Him. I guarantee, we all need Jesus.

Back to the help we need after salvation. We need to trust God for our every need. He cares about the big things and the little things as I have mentioned before. He does care for our health needs also and these days there seem to be so many.

If you have any questions about supplements, contact me. I can help you. We may have to start eating healthy, exercising, and taking supplements if we aren't already. These things certainly aren't bad. They are what we should be doing already. God gave us our bodies and says they are His temple. So, we need to certainly take care of His temple. That is our part and God will do the rest. But we do have to trust Him, and seek Him and do what the verse above says.

So, think about it. We need to take an active roll in keeping healthy maybe more than we ever have before. Let's humble ourselves and pray!

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
