LOVE THE LORD
Good morning on this Sabbath Day!
I pray that you are having a great weekend. I spent most of the day yesterday finding and organizing all of 2013's receipts and paperwork so that we can get our taxes done in a few weeks. It is a daunting task every year. I am not near done but at least I am closer than I was the day before. And I praise the Lord for that.
Oh, Lord, how I love thee!
For the director of music. Of David the servant of the LORD. He sang to
the LORD the words of this song when the LORD delivered him from the
hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you,
LORD, my strength. The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in
whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my
stronghold.…
Psalm 18:1-2
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'
Mark 12:20
This is what I am trying to do, love the Lord as best that I know how. And just maybe every day I will get a little better than I was the day before.
And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the LORD's commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it. Yet the LORD set his affection on your forefathers and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations, as it is today. Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer. For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes.
Deuteronomy 10:12-17
Love Him! He is waiting for you!
Have a miraculous day!
