The way, the truth, and the life…

Good morning on this great Saturday!
Blessed be the name, blessed be the name, blessed be the name of the Lord! The Lord has blessed me greatly. I praise His Holy Name!

We are going outside today to cut down trees and clean our driveway. One of my favorite jobs. I pray in the Name of Jesus that my back and my foot will hold out. My foot is giving me much pain and I think maybe my back is aggravated from my limping. Some days my foot doesn't hurt as bad and then like yesterday it hurts a lot. Have I said before that getting old stinks? But God is with me and I am not complaining just telling it like it is. He can make it better.

For I can do everything through 
Christ, who gives me strength.
Philippians 4:13

And that leads me to tell you what God just had me write. I praise His holy name!

 I'VE NOTHING TO LOSE

Forgive me O God
I have sinned against You
Show me Your ways
I've nothing to lose.

 Fill up my heart
with everlasting love

 Your forgiveness is amazing
Your love is unconditional
You are worthy to praise
You are faithful to me.

to redeem me of sin
and now I can live
I am not worthy of You.

You, Jesus, You
Did it anyway
Because You love us
You made a way.

I will come to You
I will give my heart
I will live for you
I've nothing to lose.

Thank you Jesus. I am not sure what I am saying to you except that Jesus died for you. We have nothing to lose by saying yes to Him. So, what ever we are going through: loss, health issues, sadness, job problems, whatever, Christ died for you, and there is nothing to lose in giving your heart and life to Him. Our only hope is in Jesus and He can make life better.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
