DEPEND ON GOD

Good morning to you!

May God bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you and give you peace!

I had a wonderful weekend in Gatlinburg. We actually got home last night. It was a working weekend but filled with fun and great food. We had some awesome meals. I actually ate too much but enjoyed every minute of it. We met some really nice people trying to promote our Bios-Life Matcha Green Tea. It was a wholesalers show. I will admit I am very tired.  But it was worth every minute of it. I had sinus issues when I got there and it got a little worse while there with coughing and such but God is good and He will help me through it.

Just talked to my Dad. My step-mom is having a rough bout with some health issues and isn't feeling well at all. Went to doctor and they sent her to the emergency room. Then went to emergency room and they just handed out drugs (three different antibiotics and a pain killer) which aren't working, and after four hours sent her on her way without knowing more than when they got there. Ugh! Just a start of what health care is going to be like. It is a crying shame. It just shows us how much more we are going to need to depend on God for our every need. And maybe even get us a little more interested in natural cures with healthy food and supplements.

My salvation and my honor depend on God;
he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
Psalm 62:7

 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life,
what you will eat or drink; or about your body,
what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the
 body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air;
they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,
and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you
not much more valuable than they? Can any one of
you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
Matthew 6:25-27

Look this passage up and read through verse 34. God is telling us to totally depend on Him for every little thing. He knows what we are going through and how we feel. But worrying about these things does us no good. We just need to seek God's face and share every little detail with Him in prayer and worship and then with praise and thanksgiving for what He has done and will do. He is in control! He loves us that much to take care of every little itch or pain or trouble in His time. He knows absolutely what is best for us and what we can handle.

So, spend this day depending on God, and the next day and the next. The more we do it, the easier it will get. And He will help us even do that. He is that awesome and loving and caring!

Have a wonderful day!
