MEET HIM

Good morning to you on this Sabbath Day!

How are you on this rainy, cloudy day? The sun may be shining where you live. If you have Jesus in your heart the sun should be shining all the time. That certainly doesn't mean your life is perfect, by any means. It just means your heart is in the right place and your focus is on Jesus instead of circumstances. Oh, Lord, I want my heart to be in the right place.

I praise God for whatever He gives us because I don't want to think about the alternative right now, not being with our families. Although, when we are absent from the body we are present with the Lord. That is the best scenario, to escape this scary world we live in. We are only people passing through. Our home in heaven is being prepared for us. So, we should be looking forward to that as well as reuniting with our loved ones. And there should be no fear in dying unless we aren't saved, born again, washed in the blood of Jesus.

Our country is in a sorry state as well as the world. According to prophecy in God's Word, we are coming soon to the end of the world as we see it. This is not to scare you but to spur you on to getting prepared. Just as I mentioned the other day, the Scouts motto's are Be Prepared. The Bible tells us these things also.

So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will
come at an hour when you do not expect him.
Matthew 24:44

Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to
escape all that is about to happen, and that you
may be able to stand before the Son of Man.”
Luke 21:36

After that, we who are still alive and are left will be
caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord
in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
1 Thessalonians 4:17

“Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
Revelation 22:7

So, get yourself right with God. Trust in Him. Prepare yourselves and help to prepare others. And then wait on Him. He will split the skies when He is ready. So we need to be prepared, ready to meet our Maker, our Creator, our Lord and our Savior!

He loves you! You can do it!

Have an awesome day!
