HIS GRACE

 

Good morning to you on this bright day!
To Timothy, a true son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Timothy 1:2

This scripture is not just to Timothy but also to us, God's people .

May God fill you with His love and peace. This day is the day that God has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. In His great grace and mercy He has allowed us to wake up and enjoy another day.

I said yesterday that I wasn't feeling very well. I am still not but with God's help I will endure. With God's help I will feel better soon. With God's help I will do my very best to live my life the way He would have me to. I am afraid that I fail at this miserably. But again with God's help, I will do better every single day.

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, 
that we may obtain mercy and find grace 
to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, 
for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12:9 

How can we not depend on God's Word for our everyday needs. Whether we are healthy or ill, up or down, good or bad, God loves us and will give us his magnificent grace, mercy, and peace because He loves us.

As this day goes on, remember these things and surrender your life to Jesus. There is no other true way to live out our days on this earth. But to live for HIM!

Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God 
the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the 
Son of the Father, in truth and love.
2 John 1:3

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.   Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
