PRAISE HIM!

 
Good morning on this blessed Sunday morning!

My life is in You Lord! My strength is in You Lord! Have you ever heard that song? I love it. I just heard it on the radio yesterday. I will share it with you. It is a great way to make a start to our day.
 
And why is that a good way to start your day? Well, first of all the song is written as talking to the Lord. If that is what it takes to get us to talk to the Lord then so be it. Praise and worship music is a great way to start your day. Or any time of the day. A lot of hymns and praise music is actually scripture. So, what a great way to get scripture into your head. Here it is!

I just want to praise the Lord this morning. And I hope you do also anywhere, anytime! 

The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will 
praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him.
Exodus 15:2
 
“Hear, O kings! Give ear, O princes! I, even I, 
will sing to the Lord; I will sing 
praise to the Lord God of Israel.
Judges 5:3
 
I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be 
praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies.
2 Samuel 22:4
 
For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; 
He is also to be feared above all gods.

I will praise the Lord according to His 
righteousness, And will sing praise to 
the name of the Lord Most High.

Let everything that has breath 
praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.
Psalm 150:6
 
Read the Psalms and praise the Lord, all ye peoples, for He is worthy to be praised. We can not praise God enough. For He is worthy. It doesn't matter what you are going through, praise the Lord. I didn't say it would be easy. But do it anyway! You will be glad you did!

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
