WORSHIP

 
Good morning to you on this glorious day!

I pray that you had an awesome night. I sure did. I have to brag on God. I was privileged to see a concert last night with singer Natalie Grant, singer Shaun Groves, and comedian Tim Hawkins. Oh my it was awesome. When Tim H. was up we laughed until we cried. I had not really heard Shaun G. before but he was really good. But Natalie G. oh my. She has a great heart for Jesus. She sang like an angel and a bird. Oh we worshiped God with our hearts and all the way to our toes and our souls.

Oh God is good! Worship is the best part of our lives as Christians. Let's hear some verses and worship the Lord.

Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you,
Exodus 23:25
 
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Romans 12:1
 
Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth.
Psalm 96:9
 
 Exalt the Lord our God and worship at his holy mountain, for the Lord our God is holy.
Psalm 99:9 
 
Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Psalm 100:2

So, don't hesitate. Worship the Lord our God and Him only.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.   Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
