HE LOVES ME SO

Good morning!

The rain has stopped. Praise the Lord that we didn't have any severe storms here. Unfortunately, there were severe storms in other places. Let's pray for the people and areas that were affected in GA. 
Remember that even though we are not perfect, we can still serve Jesus, and He loves us so much. He loves us just the way we are. Jesus is not waiting for us to be perfect or to clean up our act. Of course, we need to try to please Him and clean ourselves up but He doesn't expect us to be perfect before He loves us. Perfection is not a plan for our lives here on earth. As I said, He loves us just the way we are, but He loves us too much to leave us that way.
Bill Pratt: "God certainly does love you just as you are, but He wants so much more for you and He will not be satisfied with you until you are perfected.  Never use the fact that God loves you as an excuse for maintaining your evil thoughts and behavior.  The good that God desires for you is far beyond where you are today; it is past the horizon that you can immediately see.  There is no higher love!"

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
