ONLY TRUST HIM

Good morning to you!
May God bless you and keep you and give you peace. 
Have you ever come to the point that you have so much to do in the next few weeks that you are totally overwhelmed and have some anxiety issues? I am kind of feeling that way now. I have a lot to do and company coming and business to take care of and a house to clean. Would you believe my Christmas tree is still up? I did get the ornaments off but now my husband has to repair all the lights. 
I mentioned once before that we bought a pre-lit tree about 7 years ago. So, when we put the tree up this year, there were several strands of lights burned out. Now after Christmas there is only 1 or 2 strands that even work now. My husband said that after Christmas he would fix them. So, now we leave the tree up for however long it takes for him to fix it or re-string it. Oh my!

But as far as the anxiety goes, I must trust God to help me do all I have to do in the time that I have to do it. He will see me through and He will help me get it all done. I have been in this boat before and God always sees me through. I have lost so much time to do these things, while I was down with my back. But God is faithful:

But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious 
God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.
Psalm 86:15

O Lord God Almighty, who is like you? You are 
mighty, O Lord, and your faithfulness surrounds you.
Psalm 89:8
I praise You, O God! You are so great and greatly to be praised. You are higher than the heavens and above all the earth, O God. Thank you for Your faithfulness, Lord. Thank You for all You do and have done for us. Help us to trust You always. May we be ever mindful of Your ways and Your commands. May we never forget how much You love us and what You did through the life, death, and resurrection of Your One and only Son, Jesus. Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Let's trust in Jesus and lean on His faithfulness as we go through each day. He will never leave us or forsake us.

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid. DROUGHT

  Good morning to you! Has it been raining where you are? It rained pretty good last night here. We need it. Actually we will take it all just so we aren't in the drought category. I saw on the weather yesterday that a lot of the country is in a severe drought.  Are you in a severe drought spiritually? I hope not but if you are, here are some scriptures that might help.
