PRAISE THE LORD

Sunday


Good morning!
I pray that you are well on this Sabbath Day! Yesterday was a great day. It rained and it poured and we needed it. I went to a fashion show with a friend. Then I cooked and we had the Fall Festival at our home church. It was great. Great food! Great fellowship! Great music! Great hayride!

It was a fun day! I pray that you have some fun days periodically also. We all need to de-stress sometimes. And I am going to do it again. Tuesday I am going to my son's home for overnight. I will get to see my grandson play his last fall t-ball game. I look forward to that so much since I haven't seen them in a while except via skype.

So, I just want to praise the Lord!

“The Lord is my strength and my defense; 
he has become my salvation. He is my 
God, and I will praise him, my father’s 
God, and I will exalt him.
Exodus 15:2

I will proclaim the name of the Lord. 
Oh, praise the greatness of our God!
Deuteronomy 32:3

“The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! 
Exalted be my God, the Rock, my Savior!
2 Samuel 22:47

Ezra praised the Lord, the great God; 
and all the people lifted their hands and responded, 
“Amen! Amen!” Then they bowed down and
 worshiped the Lord with their faces to the ground.
Nehemiah 8:6

When was the last time we bowed down and praised and worshiped the Lord with our faces to the ground? Oh Lord, forgive us for not giving our all to you. We are too embarrassed to do these things. We even have a hard time lifting our hands. Oh Lord, I love you so much. Help us to please you in all that we do. 

Let's spend more time praising and worshiping the Lord. For He is worthy!

I took this picture yesterday. It was amazing!   Good morning to you on  this blessed and chilly day! May God fill you with His love and His Spirit. He is awesome! He is miraculous! He is the great I AM! He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last! He is our Lord of lords and King of kings. He is my Savior! Is He yours? Jesus is coming back soon. Do you know Him? Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
