HE LOVES US

                                           Good morning!

How are you on the last day of the month? It is hard to believe that the 9th month is under our belt. The holiday season is fast approaching. Oh my! I actually bought 3 Christmas presents the other day. I was so proud of myself. Although it used to be that I had most of my shopping done before the end of September.

It has been hard for me the last few years for some reason. I know that Christmas is all about Jesus but it is also about family. And my daughter and son-in-law haven't been home for Christmas for two years anyway. So, it just isn't the same when all of you can't get together. The best part is having the grandkids. It makes it more like when our kids were little. I miss that so much, when our kids were little, I mean. But everyone grows up too fast. Times change.

And that is one of the best things about Jesus is that He never changes. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. That gives us a great constant in our lives. Day to day changes. People change. Circumstances change. Everything can change. But God doesn't. And that is awesome because we can count on Him. When all else seems to be falling apart, we can count on God to stay the same.

In this the love of God was made manifest 
among us, that God sent his only Son into the 
world, so that we might live through him. In 
this is love, not that we have loved God but that 
he loved us and sent his Son to be the 
propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so 
loved us, we also ought to love one another.
1 John 4:9-11 

God’s love stays the same!!!!!!

So, as the fall passes and the winter winds its way to us, remember that God loves you and cares for you the same as He always did, no matter where you've gone or what you've done. HE loves you. That never changes.

I took this picture yesterday. It was amazing!   Good morning to you on  this blessed and chilly day! May God fill you with His love and His Spirit. He is awesome! He is miraculous! He is the great I AM! He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last! He is our Lord of lords and King of kings. He is my Savior! Is He yours? Jesus is coming back soon. Do you know Him? Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
