HE IS MIGHTY

Good morning to you!

How are you doing? I pray very well. Today is homecoming at our church. We were told to bring lots of food. So, I cooked some yesterday and will do some more this morning. Thank God for a husband who likes to cook and is much better than me. I am so excited to see what the Lord will do today. He is so awesome and great and miraculous and gracious!

I also thank God for the fact that it has been almost a year since He had me start this blog. It is hard to believe that it has been that long. But I praise His Holy Name for helping me do it. I know that there are some days that it doesn't minister to you and some days it does. It is just like a sermon from our preacher. Some days the sermon gets to your heart and some days it was meant for someone else. But I can still worship Jesus no matter what. There is always something said that touches my heart.

And the same with this blog. God is speaking to me just as much or more than He is speaking to you. He always has something to say to us. Sometimes it is small and sometimes it is earth-shattering. Either way He is speaking to us. Praise God that He does!

I can't imagine what it would be like if He didn't love us and speak to us and comfort us.

He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all
his ways are just. A faithful God who does
no wrong, upright and just is he.
Deuteronomy 32:4

For God so loved the world that he gave
his one and only Son, that whoever believes in
him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16

The sound of the wings of the cherubim could
be heard as far away as the outer court, like
the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
Ezekiel 10:5

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus
Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all
comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we
can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort
we ourselves have received from God.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4

Oh, the Lord our God is with us. He is mighty to save. Let's praise His Holy Name!

Have a terrific day!
