THE MANSION


Good morning to you!
May God's blessings be upon you this day that the Lord has made. We will be on our way home today. What a blessed vacation! We had a great time. I wish I could stay. As a matter of fact, I asked my husband today if I could stay and he said that sure I could if I could find a place to stay that didn't cost a thing. And that my food would be free and I wouldn't need a car. How about that?

But it is back to reality today. That is the only problem, you have to go back to the daily grind. But that is okay. I miss my bed and my home and my dog. I guess that if you vacationed all the time, it wouldn't be so special anymore. So, I will just have to wait until the next vacation. I will probably go to my dad's in a few weeks. Now I have something to look forward to.

We all have something to look forward to and that is the mansion that Jesus is preparing for us in heaven. I hope that my mansion is on the beach. But I will take whatever God has prepared for me because I know it will be perfect and the streets will be made of gold. How awesome is that!

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God,
 believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many 
mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. 
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and 
prepare a place for you, I will come again and
 receive you to Myself; that where 
I am, there you may be also."
John 14:1-3 

So, one day soon that mansion will be ready and we will live with Jesus for eternity. I can't wait! How about you?

I took this picture yesterday. It was amazing!   Good morning to you on  this blessed and chilly day! May God fill you with His love and His Spirit. He is awesome! He is miraculous! He is the great I AM! He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last! He is our Lord of lords and King of kings. He is my Savior! Is He yours? Jesus is coming back soon. Do you know Him? Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
