THE SPIRIT

Good morning to you!

The fruit of the Spirit. I know that I have spoke of this before. I think I broke it down into one fruit per daily blog. But God is telling me to remind us of what He wants us to do. How He wants us to act. If we put these attributes in our lives, how much more rich would our lives be.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for 
righteousness, for they will be filled and to
 know this love that surpasses knowledge—
that you may be filled to the measure 
of all the fullness of God. 
Ephesians 3:19 

Do not get drunk on wine, which 
leads to debauchery. Instead, 
be filled with the Spirit, 
Ephesians 5:18

Blessed are those who hunger 
and thirst for righteousness,
    for they will be filled.
Matthew 5:6

I wish to be filled with the Holy Spirit and His fruit, which is the fullness of God. I want to be filled to overflowing with all the attributes of God. 
18 But if you are led by
 the Spirit, you are not under the law.
 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us
 keep in step with the Spirit.
Galatians 5:18:25 

Spirit of God, please produce these fruits in our lives so that we may live to please You, and honor and glorify You.
                                                  
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, 
patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 
gentleness, self-control; against 
such things there is no law. 
Galatians 5:22-23

You heard it. There is no law against these things so what is keeping us from them? There is also no law against being led by the Spirit. I guess it might be our human flesh keeping us from these things of God. I am going to try harder. How about you?

KNOW HIM

I took this picture yesterday. It was amazing!   Good morning to you on  this blessed and chilly day! May God fill you with His love and His Spirit. He is awesome! He is miraculous! He is the great I AM! He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last! He is our Lord of lords and King of kings. He is my Savior! Is He yours? Jesus is coming back soon. Do you know Him? VICTORY

Saturday Good morning to you! The beach is waiting. I can't wait to get away. To rest. To regenerate. To be revived. And sometimes we just need to get away from our daily routine in order to do that. Get away from the phone and stuff like that. Unfortunately, with cell phones, these days we don't get away from the calls. It never fails that we go on vacation and always someone calls about my husband's work, either a person that works for him or someone wanting to get work done. But in all reality that is good. It means that the business is not dead. Praise the Lord for that! The beach does so much for me. I have the best time and the most relaxing time at the beach. I guess it is in my blood. I was born at the beach (a town at the beach). I lived near the beach for about 15 of my growing up years. My grandparents built a house in Malibu, CA overlooking the ocean when I was a kid.
