HIS TIMING

 

Good morning on this blessed and cold Friday!

But the sun and the Son will shine on us! Praise the Lord! He is great and He is mighty. Oh, praise His Holy Name.

I love you Lord and I have a great prayer request for my awesome readers. We know a young girl and her husband (a youth pastor) who have gone to Africa to bring home a very smart, funny and loving little 4 year old boy to adopt. They have been there to bring him home for 3 weeks already. The deadline on their visas runs out in 2 weeks and they are not on the list to exit the country at least with the darling little boy in their arms. 

Please pray for God's will to be done, for them to get on the list and exit the country, and bring the little child with them. I know that God's timing is perfect and He can put their name on the list. They are getting a little weary and concerned about this. The other day she got very sick from eating something and actually was in the emergency room there scared to death. Please pray for them with us! They just can't see this boy going back to the awful orphanage and themselves coming home alone. It just can't happen. It would totally break their hearts. They have become very attached and in love and have showered the boy with the love of Jesus and he has fallen in love with them. Oh, Jesus help them!

Where are you? Are you in a dire situation where you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel? Or are you very worried about something that doesn't seem to have a solution? Well, God knows what is going on. He wants you to trust Him completely because He sees the big picture and He can turn the light on and make it happen but in His timing not ours. 

Since ancient times no one has heard, 

no ear has perceived, no eye has seen 

any God besides you, who acts on 

behalf of those who wait for him.

Isaiah 64:4

"For the vision is yet for an appointed time

 and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; 

it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it

 tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it 

will surely come; it will not be 

behindhand on its appointed day."

Habbakuk 2:3 

God would like each and every person to be saved both spiritually and physically but He knows that is not necessarily going to happen because we all have free will. But our children and us as His children, also are especially dear to Him and He will do what He feels is best for us. As I said He knows the big picture. He loves us unconditionally and has given us many, many great promises.

We must seek Him, love Him, serve Him, praise and worship Him, and live for Him and He will do His part perfectly according to His will.
