TALKING TO GOD

 Good morning!

I was sitting there on the computer last night and it just hit me that I never posted my blog yesterday. Oh my! I am so embarrassed. I had such a busy day and had to leave fairly early in the morning, well, I guess 10:30 isn't really that early, but for me it is. This morning I have to leave at 9 AM. I will do better at posting this.

I am telling you, some days I think if my head wasn't attached I would forget it. Leave it to me. But God is with me and is very great and awesome and He won't let me forget my head. Maybe some other things that don't really matter, but not my head.

Maybe I need to pray more. Focus on Jesus more. Do everything more.

Ask God

Whatever you ask in my name, this I
will do, that the Father may be
glorified in the Son. If you ask me
anything in my name, I will do it.
John 14:13-14

Pray in Faith

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for
the elders of the church, and let them pray
over him, anointing him with oil in the name
of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save
the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise
him up. And if he has committed sins, he will
be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to
one another and pray for one another, that
you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous
person has great power as it is working.
James 5:14-16

Always & with Thanksgiving

Do not be anxious about anything,
but in everything by prayer and supplication
with thanksgiving let your requests be
made known to God. And the peace of
God, which surpasses all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7

Don’t pray when you feel like it. Have an appointment with the Lord and keep it. A man is powerful on his knees. ~ Corrie Ten Boom

I agree with that. We can never pray too much. We can never pray enough. God wants to hear from us. Remember if the Son of God needed to spend time on His knees talking to God, then surely we need to do the same if not more.

Have a blessed day!
